What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you enter, including your name, contact details, business information, project requirements and budget range.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help and, where requested, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Client records may be retained longer where required for contracts, accounting, legal or operational purposes. Test enquiries are clearly labelled and retained only while they are needed as system evidence.

Access and security

Enquiry records are stored in Pack & Pixel’s hosted lead system. The lead-control view is restricted to James Herrington’s approved sign-in identities. Access is limited to responding, qualifying, recovering and auditing enquiries. We do not sell your information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, forms, project management and accounting, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact privacy@packandpixel.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
